After taking on doing my thesis in the same semester that I have to find a job, working out really slid down my list of things I can devote time to. Now that I'm close to being done, I'm moving it back up to the top. I've noticed that I've been feeling weaker and more sluggish, as well as noticing that my pants are a little tighter. So, after doing a two week cleanse, I'm ready to get back into working out and losing weight.
